Four word. Jennifer Conelly for Vogue. When I first saw the cover, I didn't know what to think. She didn't seem like Vogue material. But as I was flipping through the issue, I was very pleasantly surprised. They had the most breathtaking photoshoot. It was like a cool breeze of dull cover shoots that has been Vogue of late. I hope that this is the beginning of a very good thing in Vogue. But who knows? Only time can really tell. In the meantime, Enjoy the pictures and pick up this month's issue because it's a good one.

As is my habit, I was looking at style.com's parties coverage. I found a few looks that definitely deserved mentioning. So, voila! here they are.

Jenni Kayne is looking stunning in this fuschia dress and keeps it upbeat with rose-hued ray bans.

Arden Wohl is ever the style icon in her hippie outfit. Love the color and the bangles!

Oh goodness, I love Leigh Lezark's dress. What can I say? I fall for a sequined shift every time.

Look! It's the two Imans-Iman and Chanel. They both look great. But of course, that's a given.

Aren't these shoes amazing? Wouldn't it be great to look down and to see what looks like shining stars twinkling up at you? If you're looking for a quick way to spice up an average ordinary outfit, a pair of these flats are the ticket. Plus, the holidays are coming up, so you'd need a fabulous pair of shoes to wear to all of the great parties you'll be attending. Right?

He Puts the Show in Fashion Show

John Gallioano...Let those two words wash over you in blissful fashion geniusness (I know that that's not a word!). When I think of John Galliano, several things come to mind. One: Innovator. Two: He beats to sound of his own drum. Three: Performer. The last characteristic was quite evident in his Spring 2008 show. With the runway set to a carnival/boardwalk theme set a fun mood to the models flaunting fun poses in the most outlandish clothes ever. To be the Galliano girl, you've got to have spunk to wear them. You wear them to get noticed and have fun in what you're wearing. So, here a few of my favorite looks from the runway. Enjoy!

Ever since the first day of second grade and you shared cookies, she's been there for you no matter what. You help each other when the other is in need. You give her moral support in her aspirations. You inspire each other. You could talk on the phone for hours about anything. You do everything together. You finish each other's sentences. You swap secrets. You share fashion and beauty tips. Through thick and thin, there is no one like your best friend.

Let us not forget Blair and Serena. Can you guys believe that they're not fighting anymore?? Personally, I was waiting for more agression from Serena, but whatever. Here they are out on the town, shopping and having fun together. After all the hard times, they're still there for each other.

The New Edie and Andy

Andy Warhol and Edie Sedgwick are like peanut butter and jelly. You can't think of one without the other. They are inseperable. As wise Forrest Gump says "we was like peas and carrots" about his friendship with Jenny. That's Andy Warhol and Edie Sedgwick. Edie has been known as Warhol's muse, inspiring his paintings, and starring in his films. Warhol brought the creativity, while Edie translated it.

Well, it looks like there might be a new Warhol-Sedgwick in town. You probably already know who the new dynamic-duo of the fashion industry may be. Let's see if you guessed correctly...

Agyness and Henry!

According to the two, Henry Holland and Agyness Deyn have been friends since childhood. Now years later, both have successful careers in the fashion industry. Henry launched his own line, House of Holland, which is known for t-shirts with cheeky rhymes about fashion's stars. These include 'I'll show you who's boss Kate Moss' and 'Get your freak on Giles Deacon'.

She opens his shows and stars in his ad campaigns, while he designs the garments she wears. Sound familiar?

Edie and Andy will never have another exact replica of themselves. This is a good thing, because then they're work wouldn't be creative anymore, it would just be normal(*gasp!*). But it is exciting to see another pair of creative minds at work together, loving what they do. And that rocks the fashion world.

Miuccia does it again...

I know what you're thinking. Miuccia couldn't get any weirder or unflattering than fall 2007. Her unapolegetically strange silhouette was unlike anything else on the runways for the season. Seriously, what were those knee-high toeless socks??? And they were paired with such an awkward hemline too...

But for Spring 2008, she really outdid herself. Not only did she get weirder, she lost more and more taste. Which is upsetting, because I usually look to Prada for inspiration. Their usuallt tasteful choices were funky, edgy, and different from all the other runways. Now, it seems that things are taking a turn for the worst. Aside from the clothes looking dreadful, the models just looked dirty in their messy grunge look. Anyways, here are the dreadful looks for you to see....

Ewwww... I don't know what to say about this dress. I hate the pattern.

What are those moss green things on her legs?? Velour Shinguards????

Isn't this a pretty picture of Lily Cole? I just happened upon it while I was online the other night. I love the dramatic turquoise train. Although, how do you wear that? Wouldn't everyone trip over you? Personally, I think that unless you are Princess Diana (or possibly Kate Middleton??) on her wedding day, the ordinary fashionista cannot pull off a train. However, if you can, you are marvelous. I can't pull off a train, and am not Princess Diana in her wedding day in any way, shape, or form. Maybe I just have identity issues with Lily Cole because we're both redheads, and she can actually pull it off. It even looks like she's in a castle so she's a princess too! AAAAAA.... the perfection of supermodels...so, so tragically unfair.

So... now to update you on what Wonder Woman has been doing. I have a lead role in the school play. I play a character named Lenya, who is mother to Sophia, who lives in a village in Russia called Kulyenchicov. The village is under a curse, and to break the curse, Sophia must marry the wicked count, or be taught by a school teacher and think one thought. That's the gist of it, it's actually really funny. I like my role and feel comfortable playing the character. I'll be sure to keep you guys updated.

Also, I ran as class delegate for student government. It was super scary because I had to give a speech in front of my entire class in first period, and then have to wait until third period for the ballots to be handed out, and then until seventh period for the winners to be announced. I was so shocked when I found out I won, but really really happy. I'm co-delegate with my best friend so that should be fun.

Sorry this was such a lame post, I have been in need of some inspiration. I promise the next one will be better!

Luella and Batman

I am a big fan of Luella Bartley. I have been one for a very long time. When she came to Target, I bought nearly every cherry printed piece of canvas I could lay my hands on. So, I was not disappointed for Spring/Summer 2008. She mixed lots of dainty floral prints, and paired them with oxford booties. She showed pouffy ruffled skirt dresses with checked oxfors(think of them like couture Vans). Her silver suit was sleek, and flattering. I loved the splashes of mint and black plaid throughout the collection. What really sold the collection to me was the Batman element. I loved how the bat logo was on some of the knits, and graphics were on the tees, and some models came down the runway wearing a bat-mask. A fan of Batman and Luella, I thought it was awesome. It made the collection fun, and threw in a surprise for all watching. As always, she made geek look chic with the over-size glasses. Enjoy the looks!

Take that Forever 21

Among the many designers suing Forever 21 for knocking off their designs, Anna Sui has been at the front. I think that this collection was a dare to Forver 21, daring them to see if they would indeed copy her latest collection. This woman went C-R-A-Z-Y. The models were all decked out in crazy neon colored spiked wigs and crazy patterned frocks and heels. This collection really was a signal of what a vision Ms. Sui really has for fashion. But she always does it like no one else. Each season is so different, but always very chic. This season took fashion from the past and gave it a very fresh, new twist. I liked it personally. I thought that it was so fun. Fashion should be fun. So, here a few looks from her collection. Hope you like them!

New York Fashion Week and some Rockin Bloggers

On to the post...

New York Fashion Week. The first of four fashion weeks alll over the world. Usually, these are the big name american designers, that everybody goes for. Ok, so these are a few of my favorite designers and what I think of them. Enjoy the post!

If you are a regular reader, you'll know that I did a post on Marchesa a few weeks ago. Well, for this season, they did not disapoint. As always, their dresses are elegant and have a touch of whimsy. My favorite piece would probably be the black and gold shift dress at the bottom.

Vera Wang:

Of course, Vera Wang is beautiful. She makes the most glamorous floaty dresses that anyone would just die to wear. I love all the shiny grey fabrics that she used to give a nice sporty punch to everything. I thought some pieces of the collection were really weird, but overall, I liked the collection.

Thakoon:

I have to say I was a little disapointed by Mr. Thakoon. I thought that the models looked weird. I hate their hair. It looked like they just rolled outof bed. I really liked the green and blue patterned dress, and that was probably it. I really liked his spring collection from a year ago, that was awesome. I think he kind of missed the mark for spring 08 though, so I eagerly await his fall collection.

DOO.RI:

This collection was breathtaking. It was all done in white, and a rich light purple, and pale greens. It all had this great billowing silhouette. I liked the simplicity of it all. In my opinion, I think that simplicity is timeless elegance. Doo.Ri did a great job capturing that elegance.

PROENZA SCHOULER:

I thought that this was a really interesting collection. They cinched the waist on almost every piece in the show, So, in doing that, they kind of created a new silhouette. I like how they put a belt over a unbuttoned chunky sweater. It made it look a lot more polished. I also love all the pieces with the big gold buttons, like the dress at the top. I think that the designers are very creative and have a real vision.

September Mags

September. Fall Fashion. The month of the year when Magazines are the thickest. You expect a lot from the mags around this time of year. You need to know what to wear this season and how to wear the new trends this season. So here are the covergirls of Vogue, W, and Elle, and my opinions of each one.

Lindsay Lohan for Elle. OK, why does this girl get all the fame????? Drunk driving, rehab, late night clubbing, and fashion faux pas. This girl is no role model for readers of the magazine. On the Elle website it says, "Lohan on rehab, her narcissism and why she won't trust anyone." Not "Lohan on a new role, a new album and her innovative sense of fashion". Heaven forbid that the magazine industry is relying on famous faces and their juicy stories to sell, sell, sell. I found the shoot dull and repetitive about a girl who abused her fame, and has no real accomplishments.

Gwyneth Paltrow for W. I'm not quite sure what to think about this one. I think that the photo shoot is interesting. The lighting is interesting. But Gwyneth doesn't look like Gwyneth. In this shoot, she looks like a hippie. Her hair-it's so flat! I think she looks too old to be a hippie. Of course, she is lovely none the less gorgeous, but the shoot just doesn't seem to suit her personality. Overall, I think it's a good shoot.

Sienna Miller for Vogue? Not exactly September cover material in my book. Sure, she's a style icon in her own right(well....actually I take that back, not after the way she's been dressing lately) and she is a talented actress. But the September issue of Vogue, and for that matter any magazine, is important. Possibly the most important issues of the year. So the cover should give a fantastic first impression. Instead, it's just a blonde girl staring blankly at me. Last year's Marie Antoinette issue was FABULOUS. A wonderful photo shoot accompanied about an inspirational person. But Sienna Miller is a party girl. She's your basic celebrity. Actress, fashionista, partier turned fashion designer. Not a leader, just a "free spirit". What do you guys think abou this month's Vogue? Did it meet your expectations? Tell me what you think.

Paris, Je T'aime

I was parousing jcrew.com, as I normally do when I came upon their fall look book. My favorite part was the photography. It's shot in Paris. So, here are some of my favorite looks from it.

It's good to have one piece, and one color to be the focus of your outfit. The orange coat is perfect. Wear a neutral patterned skirt, with a solid colored top underneath it. Also, don't forget fun shoes.

With this look, layering is the key. We all love layering for fall, but you have to make it interesting to make it look good. Take this; a frilly patterned blouse under a basic white v-neck sweater, all under a dark jacket, paired with neutral toned pants. It will keep you warm and look good.

This is such a cute dress. It has books all over it. Sound nerdy to you? It's actually very chic paired with this lovely white cardigan, also with books on it. I think its an interesting idea for something to put on clothes, very vintage inspired, yet modern at the same time.

I love this look. It brings to mind someone living in New York City who is off to a ball, but having to take the subway and run about town to her destination, she wears converses under her ballgown and diamonds. Of course, this is a far cry from NYC, it is shot in PARIS, but I love how simply chic it is. The fancy dress beneath the every day coat, paired with heels and hair pulled back with a headband is just genius. You can take this look from a day of shopping in boutiques downtown, and then out to a fancy evening engagement later on. Just take the coat off and let your hair down.

Supermodels-Are they really back? Vogue Seems to Think So.

In May, Vogue's cover feautured 10 supermodels, claiming that supermodels have returned to the fashion world. The ten models featured are; Hilary Rhoda, Sasha Pivovorova, Agyness Deyn, Caroline Trentinni, Raquel Zimmerman, Lilly Donaldson, Coco Rocha, Chanel Iman, Jessica Stam, and Doutzen Kroes. The Vogue Empire seems to think that they are the ones who will replace the supers of the nineties such as Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, and Kate Moss. I included a couple other faces who I think should be included in becoming 'the new supers'. So here they are, here is the post, enjoy the millions of pictures I put of the models. Enjoy! And let me know what you think. Do these models have the potential to turn the fashion world upside down?

So.....the catwalk begins.

Sasha Pivovarova- Commonly seen in the Prada ad campaigns, there is more to Sasha than you might suspect. She is an artist in her own right. She paints and skectches lovely pictures wherever she goes, as her sketchbook is her constant companion.

Raquel Zimmerman- One of a bevy of brasilian models, her face has been all over the runways recently. I don't know exactly what I think of her. I think she's pretty, but there's this kind of horse-looking element about her that doesn't thrill me. She's got the whole 'runway stare' down.

Caroline Trentinni- Her world was turned upside down when she began to model. She went from a small town in Brasil to international super stardom.

Lilly Donaldson- Discovered in London, Lilly never thought of becoming a model. Like her parents and grandparents, she was destined to go to art school. She has some really hilarious poses backstage at style.com. I put a few below.

Irina Lazereaunu- This is the girl that brought back the big bangs almost overnight. Kate Moss had her star with her in the topshop ad campaign for her collection. You also might have seen her in the latest issue of Fashio Rocks in the spread with Sean Lennon. Their album of folk music is expected to be released in the next year or so. Cool huh?

Hilary Rhoda- Your all american girl turned supermodel.

You know her as the face of Calvin Klein. You know her as Vogue's July cover girl. Ladies and Gents.... I give you Natalia Vodianova.

Doutzen Kroes is such a gorgeous model. She has these great big, blue eyes that are beautiful. She seems very down to earth in all of the interviews that I've read with her.

Coco Rocha is also from Canada. Her true passion, she says, is irish dancing. Apparently, backstage at shows, other models get her to entertain them with her moves. I love how she dances for charity functions and teaches kids how to dance as well. That, my dear blog readers, is what we call a model with a cause.

Jessica Stam or "Stam" as she is called, is a canadian native. She grew up as the only girl in the family among five brothers.
When she was 16 years old, she was discovered at a cafe when she stopped for hot chocolate. You can find her spending time with boyfriend DJ AM. I like her. She seems very mature and looks really good on the runway.

Chanel Iman, at age 17, is the youngest of all mentioned models. Her father wanted her to be a basketball player, but her mother knew that her daughter was destined to become a model. Well, I wouls think so too if I gave my child a name like that. Oh, is it just me, or are her legs really skinny?

Agyness! Agyness! Agyness! Agyness Deyn exploded on the scene about two years ago. The fashion world is calling her the next Kate Moss. What do you guys think? I think that she is a great candidate for the next Moss. She has this great individual style, which no one can ever dream of copying. She mixes things so well, and always looks great. Personally, I think she's awesome. I love how no other supermodel out there has that haircut. She doesn't look like one of those model clones who are all stick thin and look the same. I think that there should be more hype about Marchesa. It is a female duo designer team, and they do absolute magic with fabric and create the most stunning dresses. These dresses make up nearly the whole of their collections. You'll see them on the red carpet( like Jennifer Lopez at the Costume Institute Gala). Diana: Looking Back

As it is the 10th anniversary of her death(August 31,1997), I thought that I would do a post about the late and infamous princess Diana. Adored by the people of the world, and stalked by the press, she lead a life that was very different than what the public thought she did. She yearned for approval and attention from the royal family and her royal spouse. Her so called marriage began to crumble soon after the birth of her first son, William. She suffered from depression and an eating disorder. One interesting thing I learned was that she did not marry above her status. Her ancestors were the ones who put the early royal family on the throne. So indeed it was not Charles who married below status, but Diana. Interesting huh? Well anyways, here is a bunch of pictures I found chronicling her life. From childood, to royalty, it's (almost) all here. I hope you like it!

Big Bags Be Gone

The title pretty much says it all. Bags that can hold the kitchen sink and all of your worldly possesions, with handles to fit your wrist are going OUT for fall. In comes the clutch sized bag with a slender strap. You can wear this style two ways; over your shoulder like your other bags, or like a messenger bag. Personally, I think it's kind of cute. But I do think that the fashion world needs to find a better balance concerning bags. I mean, last season the "it" bag was MASSIVE with teeny little handles One season later, it's big enough for your wallet and lipgloss, but not for your cellphone and iPod too. However, with this smaller style, the strap is big with convenience. If you go out for a formal evening, you can carry that instead of a clutch and have an extra hand free. In the picture above, I love the purple Balenciaga bag, and the glittering Chanel.

Valentino: The King of Glamour

I have been divinely inspired to do a post about the great and fabulous deigner Valentino. I know that his huge 45th anniversary extravaganza is behind us, but I still wanted to showcase this man's talent. He has been known to make clothes for every type of woman. Skeptical, I logged on to style.com and looked at his fall ready to wear couture collection. I was floored. He really does make clothes for every type of person. Here are some looks that I love:

Here is an evening gown for the girl who loves pink, is very chic, but likes an interesting touch like the gradually growing blooms of the dress.

This is for the girl who likes traditional,vintagey styles, but with an edge, like the pink feathers. I call it the boa hem.

Naturally, every woman can wear a little black dress.

Of course, where would Valentino be without his glamourous red evening gowns?

This just goes to show that he can make clothes for every type of woman. A little over the top, but still eclectic and fun.

The Many Looks of Summer

Now that most of us (hopefully) are out of school, I think that it is time that we have a post about specific summer looks. Some of these may apply directly to you, or some of them may not. Then, you can make up your own summer look by making a combination of all five. I am not really sure what I am, because it just depends on the occasion. For example,
I wouldn't wear a shiny gold Tory Burch shift dress with sparkly Jimmy Choo sandals to ice cream on the beach. Nor would I wear a terry coverup to a nice air conditioned dinner with flip flops and a gingham headscarf. Whatever you wear this summer, have fun and enjoy yourself!

The other day I was in 7-11 to get a crazy delicious coke slurpee. As I was waiting in line, I peeked into the mafazines to scope out the new Vogue. I was thrilled to see that Keira Knightley was on the cover. I love the photo shoot with its jungle theme. In the shoot, she looks so elegant and posh but laid back at the same time. She pulls it off well too. The article discussed Keira's recent trip to Africa. Apparently, the magazine asked her to journal about all of her esperiences. According to the article it was written in immaculate handwriting in a Louis Vuitton journal no less. My favorite picture would probably be the one of her with the elephant (only with Vogue does an elephant wear Louis). I think that Keora has real beauty and that she is a good actress. She never really plays all of the same roles. She opens herself up to a whole new spectrum of characters to portray. Vogue named her one of summer's 45 best dressed girls.

Oh, by the way... I am out of school!!!! As of yesterday afternoon, I am officially a high schoolsophomore. Exams went very well, but I'm really glad all those long endless hours of studying are over with. I also took a little shopping trip to Target.

I wish I never heard the name. I wish I never saw those attractive window displays. I wish I never opened up the computer to go on the internet. I wish I never clicked on the link. I wish I never looked at all of this wonderful and fabulous clothing. I love love love Urban Outfitters, but it is so darn expensive for some of the stuff it sells. It makes me very thankful that a store like Forever 21 exists. Even so, I still chose some things on UO's website that I wouldn't mind were in my closet.

Tomorrow is the academic awards ceremony, and I am crossing my fingers for the English Award. But I do have to realize that I am up against juniors and seniors too.
AAAAAHH.... Just five more days of school. I have to get through this week and then it will all be over for two and a half months. I am in desperate need of a vacation. But then again, aren't we all?
By the way... does anybody have a good prom story they'd like to share? I'm thinking about doing a post about a whole bunch of funny, random, or sad stories of the big night.

I am so sorry I have not posted in a while. I have been crazy busy with school and the spring formal. Saturday was the spring dance and it was soooo much fun.
I wore: Strapless Turqouise Floor-Length Gown

It was my favorite dance of the year, and they played really good music, which is good because at the Valentine's Dance the music was el-lamo. They played Sweet Escape and Wind it Up by the amazing Gwen Stefani, Nelly Furtado,Hellogoodbye,U2,Maroon 5,James Blunt...etc. We had it in this really nice country club in Winter Park and we had all of our lovely pictures taken on the freshly mowed, green golf course. According to school tradition, the Juniors out it on to honor the seniors. They put on a special slideshow for them. Then we toasted to all of them. It was really really cool.
On a different note... Auditions for next year's play are happening on Thursday. We're planning on performing The Importance of Being Earnest. I'm glad because I absolutely love that play. It's a whole bunch of witty British people caught up in some drama. Plus, it's written by Oscar Wilde, so it's genius.
Oh and if you guys get the chance go to Target and see their new GO collection. It's very Grecian and Mediterranean. They have some cool patterns on dresses that are kind of different.

I was thinking the other day in French class about things other than the past tense of verbs, and I realized that you guys know nothing about me other than I like fashion and I have a blog. So, here is a list of random things about me that I feel you guys should know. Here goes...

1. I live in a REALLY small town in Florida. I have to commute every day to school for about 1 hour to the lovely cultured town of Winter Park. It's not so fun to wake up at 5:30 am, but it's good to get a good education.
2. I have crazy red wavy hair that I tame with Herbal Essences' Totally Twisted mousse. I wish I had soft, shiny straight hair.
3. I love to collage. Any cool picture or ad I see in a magazine, I put on my wall.
4. Writing is a great passion of mine. Ever since fifth grade, English has always been my favorite subject. I really want to win the English award that my school is handing out next week. I dream of being a journalist in a bustling city.
5. I am a soccer player. I play forward on my school's Girl's Varsity team.
6. I am an actress. At the beginning of the year, I was really REALLY nervous about taking drama as my elective, but as I came out of my shell, I realized how much I loved.
7. I love music. Not like playing instruments kind of music. I like finding new bands to put on my iPod, and I love just laying on my bed listening to music. It makes me soo happy.
8. I want to travel the world. I plan to see alot of it before I die.
9. I like to dance. Swing dancing, ballroom, salsa, you name it I've done it- and had a blast with it.
10. I LOVE HARRY POTTER! I know it's soooo nerdy, but I get so hooked on them once I start reading. They're sooo good!
11. I think that cookie dough tastes better than the actual cookie.
12. I view life as the glass is half full.
13. I strongly believe that eating some chocolate and buying something nice will fix all of your problems.
14. I am the biggest klutz you will ever meet. I trip over my big toe and fall down the stairs in my house! No joke...
15. I hate math. Enough said.
16. I think that vegetarians sometimes eat a big-mac or two.
17. I wear ties as belts. I typically wear a vintage red Hermes tie that I inherited from my grandfather. I'm looking into some Lilly Pulitzer ones...
18. I'm bad at saving money. It's not my fault that these clothes are only there for 1 season!

Ok.. I think that's enough said. Sorry to bore you with my dull and uninteresting life. I'm really happy and excited right now b/c the Spring Formal is on saturday (2 days!!!) and my best friend's birthday is coming up this weekend too. And.. there's only 2 WEEKS LEFT IN THE SCHOOL YEAR... ahhh... summer is so close... Well I hope that this post helped you to get to know me a little better. I'll post at ya later.

I finally found some pictures for you guys. All of these items can be found at jcrew.com. Based on their store directory, they do not have stores outside of the U.S. But you can buy their stuff online and also order their catalogue on their website. It is a little expensive, but the quality is really top notch. Nearly everything in the catalogue is made in Italy. You can really count on them for basics(tees, swimsuit,jackets,etc...) and cashmere. They have cashmere in every style. From crew neck, v-neck, short-sleeved and long-sleeved tee, hoodie, and so on. And just look at the weddings and parties section online and you will drool. All of the dresses are just gorgeous. Plus they got some new summer colors! Yay For Ad Campaigns

I love ads. When I read magazines and see a cool one, I add it to my collage on my wall. Here are a few of my favorites.

The 'I am African' campaign for Keep a Child Alive is really cool. I like how there's just a splash of color with the black and white photos of fabulous and beautiful people(Alicia Keys, Mischa Barton, etc....)

I love how the models for Lacoste are just floating in clothes. And they look so fab with their hair billowing in the wind.

Mischa Barton for Keds. She always looks so fabulous. Plus I love the whole "Cool is..." thing too.

JCrew Weddings and Parties

I was chilling in my room with nothing to do, when I realized that I hadn't yet cracked my J. Crew catalogue. Have any of you seen it? It is sooo cute (well it's jcrew, how could it not be?). They have so many fabulous dresses and ballet flats. But what I really like is their weddings and parties collections. They have long and short bridesmaid gowns, bridal gowns, and shoes. I really like the kelly green and the peacock blue ones. They had a short strapless yellow dress for $280. It's soo cute but a) it's out of my price range and b) I have nowhere to wear it b/c my school doesn't have prom, just a spring formal. It waqs in the April Teen Vogue if you wanna see it. I'm sorry I have no pictures, I couldn't find it on their website.
On a different note... the Spring Dance is coming up and I'm not quite sure what to wear. I found a floor length, strapless, turquoise dress. It was $30 at Ross. Is the cinderella look over-rated and tacky? Or is it elegant and chic?

My Europe Wardrobe

So at the end of this month I am leaving to go on a 10 day trip to Italy and Greece with some people in my high school. I am super excited but I have one HUGE problem. I have nothing to wear. Absolutely nothing. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of some good cheap places where I could find something cool to wear. I was looking at some tops from Target and H and M but other than that..... ahhhh I need help!!!
